We are a group of software consultants who provide support for products commonly used in the legal profession such as Timeslips, Amicus Attorney, Adobe Acrobat and Quickbooks.  While the vast majority of our clients are law firms, many are not.  We have had the pleasure of working with various businesses from: non-profit fundraisers, industrial paper testers, actuaries, accountants and other service businesses that sell their time.

We are Certified Consultants for the following products:  ActionStep, Clio, Timeslips and Quickbooks. We are also LawPay Partnered Consultants.

Shari Borek of Borek Consulting Group:

is a resident of Hollywood, Florida. She attended University of Florida and received her Bachelor of Arts in 1994, with a minor in Business Administration. In 1995 she started consulting independently. Motivated by the desire to find a niche consulting market, and inspired by a law firm in need, she obtained her Timeslips certification and narrowed the focus of her business. She is also a Certified Consultant for Amicus Attorney.

She was elected to be a member of the 2000-2001 Timeslips Certified Consultant Steering Committee. She was appointed by Sage to serve on the Small Business Certified Consultant Steering Committee from 2005-2008, and currently serves on the Timeslips Business Partner Advisory Counsel. Ms. Borek is also a regular speaker at the Florida 40-hour Guardianship course and the Florida State Guardianship Association conferences. Her extensive and varied clientele include law firms as well as professional guardian and care management firms. Though Ms. Borek’s clients are based primarily in the South Florida
area, she also serves clients throughout the United States.

Nancy Duhon of Duhon Technology Solutions, LLC:

is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and currently resides in Decatur, Georgia. She attended Georgetown University, and received her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service along with a Certificate in Asian Studies in 1988. She then worked at the Department of Labor for The Secretary’s Commission on Workforce Quality and Labor Market Efficiency before becoming the office administrator for a solo/small law firm in Washington, DC for four years. Ms. Duhon moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1993 to attend Emory University School of Law, graduating in 1996. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and Louisiana. In 1994 (while still a law school student) Ms. Duhon began a technology consulting company which has provided assistance to law firms and other businesses throughout the United States. She is a Certified Consultant for Timeslips and Amicus Attorney. Ms. Duhon is a regular presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars, including several years at the American Bar Association’s TechShow.
